Officers and representatives of dance associations,
CALLERLAB, the International Association of Square Dance Callers, wish to invite you and your representatives to the 46th CALLERLAB Convention to be held at the Omni Hotel in Richmond, VA. Our conventions are open to anyone who wishes to attend and offers a variety of educational sessions to meet everyone’s interests. I am attaching a copy of our convention invitation and registration form for your consideration and completion if you or anyone in your association wishes to attend. I’m also attaching our most recent CALLERLAB DIRECTION which will provide additional information on the convention as well as other information of what is happening at CALLERLAB.

Square Dance Highlights
- National Square Dance Convention
Held once a year in different states. This is the big one where square dancers from all over the world come together once a year to represent their state associations and clubs!
- National Square Dance Convention
In 2014 there was more than 4,000 round and square dancers at Springfield, Massachusetts!
- WASCA - Washington Area Square Dancers Cooperative Association
Usually held in Alexandria Virginia once a year. This a where Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia square dancers meet to dance in March for three days.
- WASCA - Washington Area Square Dancers Cooperative Association
In 2014 there was more than 1,400 round and square dancers at Alexandria, Virginia!
- VSARDA - Virginia Square And Round Dance Association
Usually held in the Southside area of Virginia once a year. This a where Virginia square dancers meet to dance in May for three days.
- VSARDA - Virginia Square And Round Dance Association
In 2015 there was more than 400 round and square dancers at Virginia Beach, Virginia!
