Enter your information in the cells that are directly below the blue text and white backgrounds: Ticket, Caller, Cuer, Janitor, Location Hourly, Hours, Month, Members, and Dues. Now click on the Calculate button. Whoppee, you now have simple break even point for your club for the year!
If your location has a flat rate, just put the flat rate in Location Hourly Rate and put 1 in Hours Per Dance.
If your club does not have janitorial fees, Cuer fees, or charge Dues or you do not wish to use Dues to offset the Break Even Point, then put in the number .000001, which will result in such a low variable that other figures will not be significantly affected.
NaN means that the data you put in is Not A Number, 0 will be calculated though, but the code does not like in JavaScript and will throw a error. Just ignore it, if you know and double check that you have only numbers in the required fields!
